BeccA's Boutique is NOT responsible for damage that occurs once the items are in your possession. For keychains and earrings, should they break in the first 30 days, I will work with you to get you a replacement. They are made out of acrylic and can break. Sometimes the acrylic has imperfections and it may cause weakness in the finished piece. As with any item used daily, it can break; however that doesn't happen often. They are durable, but not "break proof".
Badge Reels, magnets, phone stands, etc. Also have a 30 day guarantee. I am not responsible after 30 days of use.
Shipping
-All orders have a shipping rate based on amount of order.
-BeccA's Boutique is NOT responsible for shipping delays or loss of package by the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.
-BeccA's Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
-Once your item has been marked "Delivered" by the mail service, it is your responsibility to find your package. BeccA's Boutique is not responsible one it has been marked "Delivered".
-Shipping will take 5-7 business days, except during holidays and other possible peak delivery times.
-Free pickup is available at Artisan's Corner.
Returns & Refunds
Please take time to read our return policy and understand ALL sales are FINAL. No refunds will be given.
In the event that an item comes in the mail damaged, you must contact us within 24 hour of its delivery and you may ship the item back to us within 7 days at your expense. I will then remake the item and ship it to you at our expense. If the item is not received within 7 days, there will be no replacement. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
-Our items are made from acrylic, which is a form of hard plastic. It is breakable. In the event that an item breaks within the first 30 days due to construction weakness we will replace the item once we have inspected it and deemed it construction error.
-Earrings must be new (unworn) and on original card.
-Keychains must be in original packaging with no fingerprints or scratches.
-Sale items can not be returned for any reason.
-We reserve the right to inspect the item and choose whether it is wear and tear or a defect due to our error.
